Burke, concerning an investment of 75 cents per week that is to accumulate a credit of 25 cents per week, signed by Gorgas l.r., 8 x 5 1/4 in.; single-page letter on lined paper, Washington, DC, 27 March 1863, on War Department letterhead, to Henry B.
