Beschreibung:

1961 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II Long Wheel Base Saloon without division by Parkward & Co, London, believed one of only 6 built. Registration 120HYT, Chassis LCB 75, V8 6.2 litre engine, automatic transmission, power steering and electric windows. Indicated mileage 98,572 approx (possibly genuine). This rare and very elegant Rolls-Royce has been left to the Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation and is being sold without reserve. It is finished in shell grey with cream hide upholstery and beige carpets. The long wheelbase body has an extra 4" in length, giving the rear passengers plenty of extra leg room and cost approx 30% more than the standard saloon at around £7,000 new. It has a retro-fitted illuminated cocktail cabinet with flasks and glasses behind the rear seat armrest and an ice box inset into the rear parcel shelf. It is complete with all its tools and was last serviced by D. Moore Rolls-Royce Specialists in November 2021 at a cost of £3,067 and hasn't done any miles since. An honest, solid and very presentable example which is running and driving and would be ideal to use and improve. It is supplied with V5, a history file with service bills going back to the 1980s, all its tools, a written inspection report carried out in 2020 and a handbook. (Subject to 12% buyers premium inclusive of VAT).
