Probably the Puch factory’s most famous production, notwithstanding all of the other armaments and vehicles made by the factory, is the ‘Maxi’ moped. Exported to virtually every country in the world in immense numbers, the ‘Maxi’ put Puch to the forefront, prompting the design of different versions, none of which proved quite as popular. This example of the basic ‘Maxi’, without rear suspension and in the trademark yellow, is in very good condition indeed. Difficult to find like this, most of its fellows having been ridden to extinction, the little machine will re-commission easily, providing inexpensive transport around town, if needed, as well as collection potential.
