The sohc Z250 was Kawasaki’s input into the European ‘250’ market in direct competition to Honda’s range of twins. The ‘Z’ was faster and much more ‘chuckable’ than the Hondas but, perhaps because these characteristics were not at a premium in that market, Kawasaki never approached Honda sales levels and, as a result, their pretty 250 commuter is comparatively rare today. This complete and un-modified example has been stored for some time by a collector and is finished in its original silver without any apparent modifications. Depending on detailed examination, this little machine might easily suit a Kawasaki collector or find a career as a day-to-day machine. At worst, it might act as a good source of spares for a rider. It is supplied with a V5 registration document.
