Smith of Teign Villa, Teignmouth, Devon, fl. 1825) Collection of 24 Autograph Letters signed "Henry" & incomplete Autograph Letters to his fiancée Fanny Smith, of Devon, together c. 100pp. & address panels and the remains of wax seals, 4to & folio, Whitehall, Retreat South Lambeth & n.p., n.d., most 1825, affectionate letters, "I strolled into the Grape Walk for a short time to day - it is now clustered with Fruit, but Faded by the Autumn - it is not bright v green as it was at the time when I used to enjoy its retirement with you as my delightful companion", tears along folds, a few tears to edges, browned (qty).
