3rd edition, unjoined 4-sheet map, from Ware to Redhill, and from Beaconsfield to Basildon, on a scale of one inch to a mile, oval title cartouche upper left, engraved map with original hand-colouring in outline, on 4 sheets, unjoined, approx. 1040 x 1270mm. overall if joined, dissected and linen-backed, each folding into contemporary individual, plain card slipcases, each with a contemporary manuscript label pasted on, all preserved in a matching, contemporary, thicker card slipcase with a John Wallis mapseller's label pasted on, all slipcases worn, 4to, [Howgego 188 (6)], 1802; with 3 later issues by Faden's successor, James Wyld, for 1828, 1838, and 1856, the first two in separate sheets, though the second lacking one sheet of 4, the last joined, all dissected and linen-backed, occasional splitting, all folding into contemporary slipcases, [c.f. Howgego 188 (9) onwards] § Mogg (Edward) Mogg's Forty-Five Miles Round London, the home counties from Saffron Walden to Rye, and Basingstoke to Faversham), engraved map with full original hand-colouring, 970 x 1180mm., dissected and linen-backed, light surface dirt, a pale stain lower right corner, folding into a relined contemporary green moiré silk slipcase, gilt-lettered, rubbed, 4to, [Howgego 287 (4)], 1834 (5)
