Beschreibung:

A family group of medals; comprising (i) A group of three to 17420 Pte A.E. Goode, 1st Bn., Northamptonshire Regiment.: 1914-15 Star, British War & Victory medals, and Great war Memorial plaque, all extremely fine, with original packaging: (ii) A pair to 59649 Private P.A. Goode, 23rd Bn., Royal Fusiliers; British War & Victory Medal, and a Great War Memorial plaque, all extremely fine, with original packaging, (7). Private A.E. Goode was killed in action, on the 7th September 1918, just months before the end of the War, dispite his long service record dating back to the early years of the conflict, his brother Private P.A. Goode, was unfortunately also killed weeks before him on the 21st July 1918, they are both remembered with honour at the Aubigny Cemetery and at the St. Amand British Cemetery, respectivily.
