A FLEMISH OAK COFFER LATE 17TH CENTURY Carved overall with linen fold motif, the moulded rectangular top enclosing a plain interior, the lid associated, TOGETHER WITH an English oak coffer, late 17th Century, with front panels carved with rosette-filled lozenges, on block feet, AND a polychrome-decorated stained pine coffer, 19th Century, incorporating earlier elements, probably South German, decorated with foliage, one front panel centred by a shield, the other inscribed 'M.S.' The first: 14¾ in. (37.5 cm.) high; 24 in. (61 cm.) wide; 12¼ in. (31 cm.) deep; the second: 20¼ in. (51.5 cm.) high; 35¾ in. (91 cm.) wide; 17 in. (43.5 cm.) deep; the third: 16 in.
