A good all world accumulation in four boxes, the strength being in France and includes 1849 Cérès values on entires or part entires - 10c., 20c. (10), 25c. (12, including two pais and a double franking), 1853 Empire series including 20c. blue with 17mm. sheet margin at left affixed to 1859 part entire, 1869 5f. used, 1870 Bordeaux with 1872 cover bearing 40c. in combination with Laureated 30c., 1863-71 Laureated issue with a good range of plate flaws on the 20c., later issues including 1928 Sinking Fund 1f.50 + 8f.50 - the three types se-tenant in a mint strip, 1930 Sinking Fund 1f.50 + 3f.50 complete unmounted mint sheet of twenty-five, 1937 PEXIP sheet used, War Stamps with 1945 St. Nazaire 50c. + 2f. on a cover; French Colonies and Post Offices including Martinique 1865 entire from St. Pierre to France bearing "Eagle" 10c. strip of three and 40c., there are several hundred commercial covers (mainly from the early to mid 1950's) including Cambodia, Indo-China, Madagascar, Marocco and over seventy covers from Vietnam. The remainder of the collection is a mixture of early and modern issues with Germany and States, Spain, Switzerland and a thematic collection of Europa issues. A good original collection offered intact. (thousands)
