Comprising: 1) Single steel example, late 17th or 18th century; 2 inch 20 point rowel; the shank tip and rectangular heel pieces pierced and chased with scrollwork, the straps spirally fluted and inlaid with engraved brass bands; tip of the outer strap button in the form of a stylized animal. 2) Pair of Chilean silver-mounted spurs, 19th century; 3 inch 20 point rowels; shanks inlaid with silver chevron design, the shaped tip overlaid with silver panels. 3) Single Mexican spur, 19th century; snowflake rowel and broad shanks inlaid with engraved silver panels. 4) Single South American example, Argentina or Chile; 4 3/4 inch 28 point rowel, the shanks with silver inlay in a grid pattern, the outer sides set with rocker-engraved German silver panels. Condition: 1) Fine, some minor corrosion. 2) Dark patina showing areas of pitting. 3) Good, silver with dark, unpolished patina. 4) Showing some wear and light corrosion. See Illustration
