A group of six late 19th/early 20th century shellwork souvenirs all decorated with various types of small shells and including: a marquetry sewing box with an inset lithograph vignette of a bathing beach, a small oval box with removeable lid, and marked Korcula for the island in the Adriatic off the Dalmatian coast, a small square box with hinged lid, a woman's shoe decorated with an inset lithograph of an old city on the heel, a large box with purple velvet, shells and applied gold and white stencils, and a verticle shrine with a single drawer with brass pull. 10¾ x 8 in. (27.3 x 20.3 cm.) and smaller. (6)
