COPAC locates a single copy with the Bath imprint at Oxford University; OCLC WorldCat and the ESTC locate a copy at Cornell University with a London imprint. The original publisher's imprint on the title page of this copy has been erased and, in a contemporary hand, the name and address of the London publisher has been written in, along with the price for a stitched copy.
