A PORTRAIT MINIATURE AFTER ISAAC OLIVER (ANGLO-FRENCH, C. 1565-1617) PAINTED ON CARD ENGLISH, PROBABLY 18TH CENTURY Known as 'Portrait of a Young Man', inscribed in to the reverse in ink 'Sir Philip Sydney', in a gilt-wood frame 10 ¾ x 8 ¾ in (27.5 x 22 cm.) overall Together with another portrait of Sir Walter Raleigh, painted on card, English, probably 18th century, after an unknown artist, inscribed and to the top left 'A.D. 1602', the reverse inscribed in ink 'Sir P. Sidney (Portrait) (? 1st W. Raleigh, in a gilt-wood frame -- 9 ¼ x 11 ¼ in. (23.5 x 28.5 cm.) overall
