Royale De Versailles' and stamped with inspector's mark, 'G', a star above in a rectangle, brass pan with revolving brass pan-cover, the latter with knurled outer edge, ring-neck cock, figured full stock stamped with inspector's initials on the side-flat and on one side of the butt above circular Aoust arsenal mark dated 1817, and behind the trigger-guard tang with the name 'LANSKIN', lacquered regulation brass mounts including escutcheon embossed with the arms of France and 'GARDES DU CORPS DU ROI', sling loops, original steel ramrod, and in fine condition 103 cm. barrel
