An oval cabochon sapphire, rub set to the centre, with a carved laurel leaf chalcedony wreath border, with tapering arched sections at the quarter points, each grain set with, two old eight cut diamonds, milligrain set to the outer edge with Art Nouveau-style leaf spray shoulders, each set with an oval cabochon carved paste to a reeded shank.
