A static display model of the sail/steam yacht Aphrodite with a green bottom, gold waterline and white topsides, the deck is planked in mahogany and fitted with numerous details including: hand rails, bollards, anchors, coils of line, ladders, anchor windlass, deck hatches, companionway, running lights, binnacle, search light, ship's wheel, ventilators, funnel, 8 ship's boats rigged on davits, port holes, skylights, docking wheel, flagstaff, propeller and more. Rigged with three masts as a barkentine with standing and running rigging, cross spars, gaffs and other rigging details. Displayed on two brass pedestals in a mahogany framed glass case with matching base and stand. 60¾ in. x 64¼ in. (154.3 x 163.2 cm.) case on stand. (2)
