The Busundi Tribe in the Magombe region produced a very interesting mask for the Badinga Secret Society. The mask is always a foot high or higher and has features of some Dan masks from the Ivory Coast, Usually painted white as this example, but can be found with colored lines probably indicating colors used in initiation ceremonies, reference Ladislas Segy "African Culture Speaks." Condition: Very good.
