Elmsly, 1790, 2 volumes, 8°, engraved frontispiece portrait (small stain to lower margin of frontispiece, title to vol. II soiled at lower margin and with small piece torn away, final gathering in each vol. almost detached), old boards backed in green cloth (spines worn, inner hinges split), ownership inscription of Francis Courtenay, Tunbridge Wells, 1832.
