The pocket watch with a blue enamel Roman numeral chapter ring to 51mm diameter case, white enamel dial, black Roman numerals, blued double spade hands with a subsidiary dial. Plain back cover, gold cuvette hand engraved with a presentation inscription to read 'To Walter Webster from the entire works and staff on the occasion of the centenary of W J Webster Ltd. 28th January 1953'. Case no. 2629, movement marked 'Peerless 305295, Swiss Made'. Hallmarked 18ct gold, London 1925, together with a 15ct gold trace link double Albert chain and a 9ct gold milestone with black enamel block lettering to read 'York 400 miles, London 24 hours' and 'Essex Motor Club W. W. Webster'
