Lot Description: An Edwardian Seed Pearl and Aquamarine Brooch/Pendant on Chain, a central cluster formed of a round cut aquamarine in a border of seed pearls, to a seed pearl frame set throughout with round cut aquamarines, surmounted by a seed pearl set bale and suspending a further round cut aquamarine, in yellow millegrain settings, on a trace link chain, pendant length 5.3cm, chain length 51cm see illustration Condition Report: . Both pieces are in good condition, the stones are well matched. The pin is a replacement and is not the original, not hallmarked but appears to be gold. The chain fastens with a bolt ring catch, the brooch fastens with a pin and hook catch and the bale is detachable. The pendant is stamped '15CT', the chain has an applied plaque stamped '9CT'.
