An exhibition standard 1:64 scale waterline model of the replica ketch 'Nonsuch-Gravesend' of circa 1668 built by M.J. Tidd with masts, spars and yards, standing and running rigging, full suit of sails, anchor, catheads with stylised fish decoration, windlass, belaying rails and pins, stove pipe, chicken coop, companionway, grating, hatches, poop deck with deck rails and cabin under, bilge pump, chart locker and tiller, and main deck guns in carriages, the planked hull with carved stern decoration and stern and quarter windows, finished in varnish, blue and maroon with faded gilded decoration and mounted at anchor on a painted moulded riverscape with the captain awaiting the arrival of the ship's boat.
