Huggins Aged 1 year 7 Month Dec'r/51," subject identified and dated on reverse, watercolor on card, portraying a little girl wearing a red dress holding a posy of flowers, 9 1/4 x 7 1/8 in., in a period frame; the third inscribed "Drawn by R. Bennett Dec'r 1843," on the reverse, watercolor on thin card, depicting a young woman wearing a blue dress with black lace trim seated in a chair holding a book, 7 1/8 x 6 1/4 in., in a period birds-eye maple veneer frame. Condition: The first spot-glued to paper, toning; the second toning, foxing, gum arabic flaking; the third in good condition.
