[Architecture] Lefuel, M., and Eugene Rouyer Les Appartements privés de S.M. l'Imperatrice au Palais des Tuileries Paris: Librairie Polytechnique de J. Baudry, 1867. First edition. Folio. From the library of architect John T. Windrim and with his book-plate on front paste-down. Illustrated with 20 engraved plates. 19th century three-quarter brown morocco over sienna-brown cloth, worn and rubbed; lettered in gilt; scattered foxing to text and plates, small scattered tide marks to upper corner and bottom edge, repairs to plate 14 and 18. Ex-library with an additional book-plate on front paste-down, perforated stamp to title-page, ink stamp to the first leaf of the introduction, and mounted barcode and ink stamp to rear endpaper; all plates free of library markings. Sold with all faults. John T. Windrim (1866-1934), was a Philadelphia based architect known for his Beaux Arts style buildings like the Franklin Institute, as well as the designer of John Wanamaker's Jenkintown mansion.
