C.' signed, titled, dated, and copyrighted in pencil in the margin, mounted, the photographer's studio/copyright/reproduction rights stamp on the reverse, framed, an Andrew Smith Gallery label on the reverse, 1946, printed later (Five Decades, pl. 61)9¼ by 18½ in. (23.5 by 47 cm.)Condition ReportThis print is in generally excellent condition. Upon close examination in raking light, the following are visible: scattered deposits of original retouching; some slight undulation in the upper right margin corner; and a very faint quarter-inch impression in the center left portion of the image. The edges of the print are very slightly chipped and the corners are bumped. 'AN/1060' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse. In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
