Bound in later blue half calf, with bookplate of Pickford Waller designed by Spare in 1905, and tipped-in letter from Spare to Waller, dated 298 Kennington Park Rd., S.E., 12th May 1919, saying: "I often think of you these very dreadful & trying times ... I hope to be helping Serbia very shortly. Should be pleased to see you & have a chat whenever you are in town. I have a very interesting volume of Political Tracts (1819-20) Chap-book style -- well bound -- and I have been colouring the engravings and wood-cuts.
