Sefer Ateret Tzvi – Al Hoshen Mishpat. By Rabbi Zvi Ben Rabbi Azriel of Vilna. Yesnitz, 1722. Yisrael Ben Avraham printing. On title page are antique ownership inscriptions and signatures. "Avraham Lamnitz" [= Rabbi in Halitsch]. On verso of last page chopped handwritten ownership writing from 18th century of Mordechai --- ---- Spitz". [= Nikelsburg]. Perhaps it's the famous Rabbi Shmuel Yosef Ben Rabbi Rafael Cohen, (died in 1849) disciple of the "Machatsit Ha-Shekel" and Dayan in Nikelsburg at Beit Din of Mordecai Ben Abraham Benet (Mahara"m Benet) – See enclosed material, with photocopy of a manuscript identified as his handwriting. It might alsoc be Mahara"sh Zülz, Rabbi Shmuel Ben Rabbi Moshe Leib from Zülz, Rosh Bet Din in Nikelsburg. Born in 1802 in Nikelsburg, and from 1850 Rosh Av Bet Din of Nikelsburg until his demise in 1859. [2], 167 pages. 30.3 cm. Fair condition. Staining. Some damages to last pages with restorations in antique handwriting. Good binding, non original.
