Barrel is signed "BACON &CO./NORWICH C. T./CAST STEEL". Mainspring is shimmed with wood inserts beneath grip panels. Condition: Good. Bore is dark with patina throughout and pitting near breech. Metal finish overall is is a brown patina with pitting around nipple. Nipple has been shattered. Action is functional but heavy. Wood grips are smooth and fit tightly. Action screw is not timed and shows signs of manipulation.
