Plates numbered 8 'Lo Let the night be solitary & let no joyful voice come therein' , and 19 'The lord maketh Poor & maketh Rich' , each on India paper mounted, marked proof (light spotting affecting engraved surface). Modern cloth box. Bentley 421. 'According to Linnell's Job accounts, 150 'proof' sets on India paper, and 65 on French paper were printed by Lahee in March 1826. Then the word 'proof' was removed from the plates.' (2)
