4to (210 x 140 mm). Italic text, 39 lines plus headline. collation: AA8 a-z8 &8 [con]8 [rum]8 A-H8 I12: 292 leaves. Woodcut printer's device on title-page and final verso.
binding: Contemporary Italian (Florentine?) black morocco with elaborate interlaced decoration composed of gilt and blind fillets with central cartouche lettered DI MICHELE DA PRATO on both covers (220 x 157 mm), spine with blind and gilt fillet decoration with small flower stamp in each compartment, edges gilt and gauffered to a knotwork design, stubs from four pairs of ties. (Binding slightly worn, text-block uneven resulting in some rubbing of edges, spine slightly worn with small tear at head.)
