On cover of Aruch Ha-Shulchan, there are many halachic handwritten inscriptions. Short inscriptions in other books as well. Rabbi Ya'akov Yosef Dzimitrewsky (1880-1965, Otzar Harabbanim10100), sage of Jerusalem, son-in-law of son of Rabbi Chaim Ya'akov Shapira - Av-Beit-Din of Jerusalem. Served in Rabbinate and taught Torah in Eretz Yisrael for about sixty years, in Ekron and in Nachlat Shiva'a in Jerusalem.
