.38 S&W caliber, 6" barrel, S/N 739477. Reblued finish with checkered wood grips. Barrel marked with Smith and Wesson trademark, two-line address, and caliber. Barrel, frame, and cylinder marked throughout with British proofs. Condition: Good. Some overall thinning of finish throughout with most wear found on cylinder, working parts and sharp edges. Some markings have lost definition due to refinishing process. Grips retain some dimension to checkering but are free of cracks and splits. Bore is very good; bright with visible edges to rifling.
