A Translation of this Tract is preparing for the press by M. D'Arblay." Fanny Burney had met General Alexandre d'Arblay, former second in command to the Marquis de Lafayette, and himself an emigré, towards the end of 1791. They were married in July 1793. ESTC records 5 UK copies of the second item and 3 in America, and only 2 copies of the third item (BL, and Newberry Library, Chicago).
