Mauser Model 1930 Commercial C96 semi automatic pistol with stock/holster. Made early 1930s for commercial and foreign military sales. Standard Mauser address on the chamber and right side of the frame. Commercial "(Crown) / U" proofs on the chamber and bolt. "MAUSER" banner on the right side of the frame. No import/export mark found. Serial number correctly marked on the frame, at the back of the rear sight. Large barley corn front sight with rear tangent adjustable to 1,000 meters. Factory blued finished. Lanyard ring still attached. 12 line wood grips are correctly not numbered. Includes a period wood stock/holster. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with a few handling marks and light wear. Grips are excellent as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically excellent. Stock is near excellent with a few handling marks and scratches. Fire bluing on the stock hardware is 75%. Lock up to the gun is tight. Highest condition Model 1930 C96 this cataloger has ever seen.
