Dieses Werk basiert auf dem 1735 in Venedig von Pasquali (für Konsul Smith) herausgegebenen Prospectus Magni Canalis Venetiarum, der vierzehn von A. Visentini gezeichnete und gestochene Ansichten nach Gemälden von Canaletto enthielt. (Dieses Werk wurde 1742 in einer erweiterten Ausgabe veröffentlicht). - Rechte Ecke v. rad. Titelbl. mit kl. Fehlst und Knickfalte. (kein Bildverlust). - Es fehlt wohl Tafel 1 der ersten Serie. Selten. This work is based on the Prospectus Magni Canalis Venetiarum published in Venice in 1735 by Pasquali (for Consul Smith), which contained fourteen views drawn and engraved by A. Visentini after paintings by Canaletto. (This was published in an expanded edition in 1742.). - Right corner of rad. Title page with small loss and crease.
