This is celluloid over cardboard with a wonderful colorful image of a young woman advertising the Foster Hose Supports. The name is on the buckle. CONDITION: Shows areas of dings to the four corners and some light foxing to the left and right hand edges. Appears to have no major issues with the main field. The colors are bright and clearly marked "F.F. Pulver Co." on multiple places. Condition: (8.0). Item Dimensions: 17" x 9".
