An SS chained dagger in untouched condition. The 1936 pattern dagger with ebony grip and originally-wrapped silver portepee. The unmarked dagger-blade, free from any adverse blemishes or pitting, retaining most polish and cross graining. Listed on Capture Papers as 3 German Knives. Group Came with this SS, an SA and Teno also listed in another auction. The dagger has a type 2 nickel-silver chains with typical light-stamped intertwined runes to the reverse. Condition: Grip has a hairline crack at crossguard. Scabbard has a dent in the lower half and a couple of drops of white paint on scabbard. Dagger will improve with a good cleaning.
