Lot of 2, including: a circa 1927 photograph by T.J. Hileman on a 3.5" x 5.5" postcard with the imprinted title 9524-Chief Two Guns White Calf, Glacier Nat'l Park and Hileman's copyright in the margin, and the chief's inked pictograph signature across his shoulder. Two Guns White Calf (1872-1934), was the last chief of the Pikuni Blackfoot of Montana and is claimed to be the model for the likeness on the Indian Head Nickel. and a similar photo postcard by an anonymous photographer, inscribed in the negative Chief Manitou, showing a full length view of the aged chief in elaborate beadwork moccasins, leggings, and full headdress. Condition: Both photos blank on verso except for imprinted postcard template. Each lightly worn, Chief Manitou's missing small section of u.r. corner.
