Lot Description: Circa 1930s/40s Evening Wear , comprising a black full length silk taffeta sleeveless dress, with large applique flower heads to the skirt and shoulder straps; cream, pink and black floral satin full length dress with draped shawl effect black velvet to the shoulders, zip and multi buttons to the reverse; Watt & Grant Aberdeen plum shot silk sleeveless full length dress; rust shot silk sleeveless long dress with V neckline, tiered and gathered skirt; blue shot silk midi dress with three quarter length sleeves; black silk taffeta sleeveless full length dress with silver silk trim to the bust; Dore Model grey shot silk sleeveless full length dress with peplum waist (7) Condition Report: . Rust silk dress - replacement ribbon to the V, , hiding some stitched repairs. Puffball skirt - replacement zip and stitched repair to waist. Doree dress - slight wear. Watt & Grant purple dress - slight wear under the arms and to skirt. Back dress with silver mount - some wear to hem and slight rubbing to silver brocade. Black dress floral appliques - v.neck split and repaired, discolouration under arms and to shoulder. Dirty areas to hem, slight wear overall. Black velvet mounted dress - floral skirt has some discolouration and spotting, repairs to zip area. Wear and some discolouration to velvet.
