Accompanied by a manuscript document signed by Moses Lord, which granted Lummus a second plot in 1783 for twelve pounds, six shillings, and eight pence. Condition: Typical folds with some tears; One wax seal is intact, the other has remnants. Foxing on the second, all signed grant.
