Single action cartridge alteration of a Model 1860 Army revolver with 6-shot rebated round cylinder. Standard Richards conversion ring and loading gate, both numbered 511 with usual Richards ejector rod system and Richards rear sight. Matching visible serial numbers, standard one-line New York barrel address, standard COLT'S / PATENT frame marking, standard roll engraved naval battle scene on cylinder. Condition: Good. Retains some nickel finish with flaked loss and wear, showing a moderately oxidized brown patina where the finish has worn. Mechanically functional, good bore with strong rifling and moderate oxidation. Faux ivory grips with some wear.
