With ink writing across fold-out between pages 32 and 33. The imprint plus several blank pages, which seem to be made from old census forms were previously placed inside a cloth-covered wrapper. A separate circular is enclosed, entitled Regulations of Subsistence Department other than those already printed in Army Regulations, with date of Order. P & W 2578. Both belonged to Major T.K.
