Six volumes in wrappers (all retaining chemises, three with the slipcases). 13 1/4 x 10 3/4 inches (33 x 27 cm); 194 pp., 17 plates; 184 pp., 17 plates; 184 pp., 16 plates; 206 pp., 17 plates; 190 pp., 16 plates; 194 pp., 17 plates, with plate lists in each volume (i.e. with the 100 fine color wood engraved plates after aquarelles by Dali, as issued). The chemises of the first two volumes dampstained, covers and text of those volumes with some (generally minor) foxing, largely sparing the plates, three parts lacking the slipcases as noted. The plates in this set are unsigned (occasionally copies with the plates signed are seen, but few were issued in that form). C
