Dent, an 18ct. gold hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch, No.45564, 1892, white enamel dial signed Dent, 61, Strand & 4 Royal Exchange, London, 45564, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, signed and numbered half plate matt gilt movement with screwed in jewels and blued steel screws, gold cuvette with engraved monogram and date inscription, numbered case with engraved monogram and crest, London marks for 1892, diameter 49mm, with 18ct. gold chain and propelling pencil. The monogram and crest refer to John Storrs, Dean of Rochester Cathedral and father of Sir Ronald Storrs, Governor of Palestine. (3)
