Cream to off-white pages. Grader notes: "Spine of cover completely split & re-attached with tape; tape cover; 3 staple(s) added after manufacturing; multiple piece out cover." Provenance: The DC UNIVERSE COLLECTION. CGC Census: 69 graded copies (64 Universal, 1 Qualified, 4 Restored). GPAnalysis: No reported sales in this grade. a 2.5 sold for $125 in 5/17. Bat-cyclopedia: "In July 1945, Batman and Robin apprehend the JOE BART gang.... [Bart is] a criminal who operates a print shop where fraudulent stock certificates are printed.... Bart and his cohorts rob the jewelry store next door to their print shop and attempt to place the blame on ex-convict Roger Ranier, but BATMAN and ROBIN apprehend the real criminals and exonerate Ranier of any wrongdoing." — Michael L.
