Lot Description: Ecclesiastical: Two Single/Odd Fingerless Knitted Mittens of the size to fit a gentleman, with decorative patterns in the knitting and extensively beaded in vibrant colours, each with "IHS" in beads on the thumb. The first, just to the wrist, is beaded with a wide upper band in red, pink, blue, and green, and a lower band in red and green. Centrally, a beaded wreath in red and green, enclosing entwined initials in tiny gold metal beads. The longer mitten, covering the wrist, is beaded in a very similar design, this time with the initial "B" in the centre of the wreath. Condition Report: .
