Acts include the Issuance of Paper Money (1770), Nullification of Colonial Currency (1773), Stamp Tax (1776), Trade Prohibition Act (1776), Authorization of Privateers (1777), Restrictions on the Conveyance of Sugar (1778), Repeal of the Tea Act and Repeal of the Massachusetts Charter (1778). Together with: A Proclamation for a General Fast [by the King]. London: Charles Eyre and William Strahan, 1779. Broadside (15 ¾ x 12 ½ in.; 400 x 320 mm); browned, fold tear the length of the document strengthened, a few short tears. A detailed list is available upon request from the department.
