A cylindrical-font whale oil lamp on saucer base with mechanism to adjust height of lamp; 8.25" high x 5.75" base diameter. A tin fluid lamp with two wick supports with saucer-base stand; 7.5" x 6.5" base diameter. A tin with japanned finish four-panel pendant lantern with single wick; 11.75" high x 3" square. A three-panel fluid lantern in tin with swinging door and hinged handle; the wick holder missing; 5.75" high x 2.75" square. Also a tin candle lantern in old green paint, with decorative creased corners on lid; 13.25" x 5" square. Finally, a leather case holding labeled glass bottles filled with lighting fuel samples, including beeswax, candle wood, lard oil, whale oil, camphene, and kerosene; case 1.75" high x 7.25" wide x 4.5" deep.
