Fleta seu commentarius juris anglicani, first edition, Robert Kelham's copy with his ink signature at head of title, title in red and black, engraved illustration, 3M4 blank present, title and A2 margins a little soiled, C2 tear along paper flaw (also small hole), some slight foxing in places, slightly browned, also ink signatures of W.F. ?Alckin and Benjamin Keen on title and annotations in the text and at end, later endpapers, 18 century calf, rebacked in modern calf, [Wing F1290], sm. 4to, Typis M.F. Prostant apud Guilielmum Lee, Mathaeum Walbancke, & Danielem Pakeman, 1647. *** Almost certainly Robert Kelham (1717-1808), legal antiquary; "Kelham was a noted legal antiquary, publishing annotated translations of John Selden's Dissertatio ad Fletam - The Dissertation of John Selden, Annexed to Fleta, Translated, with Notes (1771)." - Oxford DNB.
