The NASA-issued six-section Apollo 11 Flight Plan includes all flight activities for Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin. The first two sections consist of an overview of general information, then illustrations of the actual flight engine burn and/or data entry grids. Those include for the CSM: TLI Maneuver, Program (P) 37 Block Data, P27 Update, P30 Maneuver, P76, CSM Rendezvous Rescue, Lunar Entry, Earth Orbit Entry and Earth Orbit Block Data. For the LM: P27 Update, AGS State Vector Update, P30 for both phasing and regular maneuver, DOI Data, PDI Data, Lunar Surface, Ascent, and the CSI, CDH, TPI Data for rendezvous in lunar orbit. The majority of the flight plan has the 135 page plus “A” page additions. It has flight activities for each crew man, usually on a one hour per page format. The last three sections cover detailed test objectives, consumable budget listings, and a summary flight plan. 8 by 10.5 inches. Over 320 numbered pp. Orange card stock covers, loose-leaf and punched.
