Condition Request Condition Report The item is in good condition with no major tears, dents, or losses. It is structurally stable, and all components are firmly attached. As expected, wear throughout. To one of the corners, there is a loss, smaller than 1/4 inch. There are short lines of cut to the side, each approx. 1/2 in. There are two minute losses to the leather top along one of the corners. Along the top cushion, there is a 1 inch long line of scratch. Wear to the metal components; no visible dent.
